Saad Saif is a Ph.D. student of the XL cycle of the Italian National Ph.D. Program in Artificial Intelligence (PhD AI) at the University of Rome UnitelmaSapienza. He holds a Master of Science in Control Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. His research, supervised by Prof. Giulio Maggiore and Prof. Damiano Distante, explores cutting-edge artificial intelligence methodologies for detecting anomalies and predicting customer churn by analyzing time series data and segmenting customers/products. By utilizing real-world datasets, Saad designs AI-driven models to enhance customer retention strategies and develop tailored recommendation systems. His research interests encompass Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence. Time-Series Data Analysis, and Operations Research.
