Stefano Faralli

is a researcher at Sapienza University of Rome. From 2018 to 2021, he was a researcher at UnitelmaSapienza University of Rome. His research interests are across three areas: Data and Web Science (DWS), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Human Computer Interaction (HCI). He is interested on interdisciplinary studies involving NLP approaches in Data Sciences tasks. Thus, including investigations on Ontology Learning, Word Sense Disambiguation, Semantic Social Network user profiling and classification, Recommender Systems, Distributional Semantics, Graph Mining. He is also fascinated by the challenging research of Web-scale natural language processing approaches. He cultivates long-term collaborations in the field of Art and Science, and the applications in Drama Therapy. He has a long experience on national and international projects. Including projects supported by Italian institutions (i.e., PRIN-MIUR), German Institutions (i.e., Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft DFG), USA institutions (i.e., VCU Presidential Research Quest) and European institutions (i.e., European Research Council ERC).
